The items currently showcased on our website are owned by the partnered brands we collaborate with. Pogona Co is committed to listening to our community’s feedback and evolving — this may include launching our own range in the future. -

Pogona Co is made for LGBTQIA+ individuals, their allies, and anyone seeking authentic self-expression through fashion — whether you’re beyond the binary, challenging gender norms, or simply done with being boxed in by traditional labels. -
Where are you based? Do you ship internationally?
We’re proudly based in Australia, and currently we ship only within Australia. We’re excited to explore expanding to other regions in the future — stay tuned! -
How do I choose the right size if items are gender-neutral?
We include a detailed size guide for each product, since sizing can vary by brand. Some suppliers may also provide traditional sizing labels (like men’s or women’s) as a reference, but we recommend focusing on the measurements to find your best fit. If you need any help, feel free to reach out — we want everyone to feel great in what they wear! -
Can I return or exchange items?
Return policies vary depending on the brand. We’ll always list each product’s return policy clearly. If there’s an issue, you can contact us and we’ll help guide the process with the supplier. -

SHIPPING & ORDERS

How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on the brand and your location, since items are shipped directly from our partners. Most orders within Australia arrive within 3–14 business days, but we’ll provide estimates for each product at checkout. -
Will I get tracking info?
Yes! As soon as your order is processed/despatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received tracking within a few business days, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help. -
Why did I receive part of my order but not all of it?
Because we work with multiple suppliers, your items may be shipped separately. Don’t worry, the rest of your order is on its way! You’ll get separate tracking info for each shipment if needed. -
Do you check items before they’re sent?
Since items are shipped directly from our partners, we don’t handle the products ourselves, but we only work with brands we trust to meet our quality standards. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll work with you to sort it out ASAP. -
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order is damaged, delayed, or doesn’t arrive, contact us at sales@pogonaco.com. We’ll contact the supplier and make sure you’re taken care of — refunds or replacements may apply depending on the situation. -
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly to reduce shipping delays. If you need to cancel or change something, contact us immediately via email at sales@pogonaco.com — if the item hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. -
Will I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes — a digital receipt will be emailed to you after purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes — we use secure, encrypted payment processing through trusted third-party platforms. We never see or store your card details directly. -
When will I be charged?
Your payment is processed immediately at checkout, so we can get your order underway with our brand partner. -
Will I get a receipt or confirmation?
Absolutely. You’ll receive an order confirmation and digital receipt via email right after checkout. If it doesn’t show up, check your junk folder or contact us and we’ll resend it. -
Can I use more than one payment method?
Not at this stage. Orders must be paid in full using a single payment method. But feel free to reach out if you need help managing payments or want to know when Afterpay or similar options are available. -
Why did my payment fail?
This can happen for a few reasons — incorrect card info, insufficient funds, or a block by your bank. Try again, use a different method, or contact your provider. You can also reach out to us if it keeps happening. -
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are possible in some cases, depending on the brand’s policy. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll help you resolve it with the supplier and sort out a refund or exchange where eligible.
